That’s what drove us to establish our in-house cleaning company, Liquid Life Cleaning & Maintenance.

After launching Cleaning & Maintenance, we decided to innovate yet another aspect of the business: the laundry. the laundry. Rather than running each property's washer and dryer constantly, or relying on local laundering companies, we built our own commercial laundry facility.
We demonstrate our deep commitment to safety and cleanliness by:
1) Using EPA-approved detergents and specialized, high-temp machines to kill germs standard washers can leave behind.
2) Following special procedures to ensure zero cross contamination of clean and dirty linens.

ROUTINE QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS
Each cleaning job is inspected by a Quality Assurance Inspector who examines every inch of the condo and even refers to photos to check furniture and fixture positioning. If there’s an issue, they can call back the Cleaning & Maintenance team to remedy the situation. It’s the ultimate in accountability and ensures that every aspect of your unit is clean and comfortable, every time.
MASTERS OF MAINTENANCE
Liquid Life is one of the few property management companies that has its own full-time maintenance staff. This allows us to offer FREE LABOR for minor maintenance issues, as well as maintenance checkups. Once a month, we dispatch our professional maintenance team to replace air filters, test light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, and perform preventive maintenance tasks. There is no fee for this service. You are billed—at cost—for only the items or materials we use to keep your rental in perfect working order
If ever there is an issue reported, here’s how we’ll handle it:
We’ll promptly send out one of our experienced maintenance staff members AT NO CHARGE to assess the issue.
We’ll address things that can be dealt with in less than 20-30 minutes.
If we determine the issue requires a third-party, such as HVAC or appliance repair, we’ll get a quote. If it’s unreasonably high, we’ll pay for a second opinion (if time allows).

In all Liquid Life properties, we’ve replaced the comforters and bed coverings with lightweight, white bedding. And, we’ve developed a three-step system that guarantees every bed is ready for a pure, peaceful night’s sleep. We call it our “Clean Bed Promise.”

At turnover, we collect every linen from your condo. That means each towel, sheet, quilt, and pillow sham—every linen—is made 100% fresh and sanitary—every time.
HIGH HEAT KILLS GERMS
We operate our own commercial laundry facility, which means all linens are laundered in our high-temperature washers with select, EPA-approved detergents to provide complete sanitization
ZERO CROSS CONTAMINATION
We follow specialized procedures to contain soiled linens on their way out and to protect clean linens on their way in. Additionally, there is zero cross contamination between separate units.
